Windows Server 2008 R2 native VHD support?

According to Long Zheng’s blog post on this topic we could be seeing native VHD support (mount, unmount, boot, etc) in the native OS, with rumours in the same post that this MAY spill over into Windows 7 when it releases dude to kernel similarities….
