It's red, it arrived yesterday, is brand new, and it's dead. I bought it at the microsoft Store and living in South Africa I'm wondering what the options are for support. To say I'm not impressed is an understatement of note. I'll try see what kind of support I can get, I'm hoping that I'm not stuck with a little 8GB red paperweight.........
